Leadership practice seems to give little room for hope. Yet, we might not look hard enough and not in the right areas of business and society. An optimistic outlook makes you find and recognise small or large leadership processes by the many that are resourceful, fair and rich in contributions. That changes the narrative and reality towards leadership optimism.” That's what Professor Bernd Vogel told me when I asked him what makes him optimistic.
