# Seeing People Reaching Out to One Another: Ingrid Maynard's Optimism

<https://www.centreforoptimism.com/blog/seeing-people-reaching-out-to-one-another-ingrid-maynards-optimism>

![Ingrid Maynard Portrait from email](https://www.centreforoptimism.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ingrid%20Maynard%20Portrait%20from%20email.jpeg?width=250&height=375&name=Ingrid%20Maynard%20Portrait%20from%20email.jpeg)"What makes me optimistic is seeing people reaching out to one another with the hand of genuine support when another really needs it.  It’s my reminder that we truly are one – even when we forget and see “the other” as separate.  It fills my heart."

That's what the Sales Dr[Ingrid Maynard](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ingridmaynard/) told me when I asked what makes her optimistic.

Ingrid is the Founder of The Sales Doctor.  She describes herself as *"**a renegade; out to change the way people see and understand sales....creating a sales revolution"*
