That's what Camilla Rowland told me when asked what makes her optimistic.
Camilla Rowland is Chief Executive Officer of Palliative Care Australia.
I asked Camilla about the positive leaders in her life.
Camilla told me, "I draw ideas, inspiration and support from a variety of people in my life, including colleagues, friends, family and Board Chairs! I have been really fortunate to work with some outstanding Board Chairs who have each influenced at least one significant aspect of my leadership along the way."
Commenting, A huge shout out to Camilla Rowland, I first met Camilla when she was at Karrilika and I developed a Business Continuity Plan for the organisation, and we often meet up at various events around Canberra. Camillia is humble, gracious and optimistic, and a visionary."
