"Agile optimism" is a new one for me, and I have added it to my list of Optimism Superpowers.
I asked Nick Tasler what makes him optimistic. Nick told me, "I'm rarely optimistic that things will work out exactly as we planned them. But I'm always optimistic that no matter how things unfold I'll end up stronger, smarter, and better prepared for future wins."
