That's what Tofail Ahamed told me when I asked him, "What makes you Optimistic?"
Tofail explained, "In every challenge I face in my life, I choose to leverage the best practices outlined in international humanitarian law. When traditional approaches fall short, I innovate and adapt to find solutions that positively impact the lives of displaced people. I firmly believe that nothing is impossible in the humanitarian world if we approach challenges with the right mindset. I remain hashtagoptimistic in my work and inspire my team to strive for excellence in saving lives."
What makes you optimistic?
Tofail also told me, "I'm always optimistic about opportunities that can truly create value. Especially in humanitarian contexts, if someone initiates a positive change that benefits a community, other stakeholders often adopt it in their program planning. This is a significant step towards community development, where literacy is a cornerstone for empowering individuals and safeguarding their rights. As humanitarians, it's our duty to assist them on a large scale."
