In my clippings, this morning was an interesting article by Illustrator Austin Allison, entitled "How 'Tomorrowland,' 'Big Hero 6,' and 'Wall-E' Exemplify the Optimism of Disney Sci-Fi"
Austin writes, "Disney's optimism shines through in these three modern sci-fi classics."
An "optimistic view of a technologically driven future carries throughout the bulk of Disney’s modern science fiction efforts and shapes their approach to the genre, making it stands out from traditional thematic genre norms."
