We are a soul inside a body, and there is no death to our existence; we may not have a body after attaining the long-term goal of being eternal and being one with the supreme energy of our creator, so till that time our aim to improve ourselves continuously and it is all about optimism - Today being better than yesterday because Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a Mystery but Today is a Gift, and that is why it is called PRESENT. Be in the moment and Be Present and Be Awesome."
