Karen Chaston: The Knowing that We Live in a World of Duality

"The knowing that we live in a world of duality."

That's what Karen Chaston told me when I asked what makes her optimistic.

Karen is the leader of the Chaston Centre.

Victor Perton: "Karen, what makes you Optimistic?"

Karen Chaston: "What makes me optimistic?  The knowing that we live in a world of duality. That we are ALL on an infinite journey of moving from Love to Loss. Most people know how to experience love. Unfortunately, most people also have a "lack of loss intelligence." This simply means that they get stuck in loss, in fear, in avoidance, having it affect all areas of their life. Though when you know that both love and loss come into your life to teach you lessons so that you can grow exponentially (mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually), you naturally have an optimistic perspective."

Victor Perton: "What makes you feel optimistic?"

Karen Chaston:  "These beliefs and phrases "Everything that happens in your life, happens FOR you, not to you." "This too shall pass."  "Always look for the bright side of life."
