Frank told me, "I always had the power of optimism in a life that often unfolds on the path of opportunity. I also recognized early on, with "meaningful mentorship", that I was blessed with many gifts in a place of freedom. Failure in any particular pursuit would be accepted with the light of further and future pursuits within my grasp in a story of hope and promise. Optimism is a responsibility to others who may need you. Optimism works in the clouds of aspiration where the architecture of ideas constructs "meaning". Optimism needs collaborators and conviction, it is not a sole proprietorship. I am all in with my skill set and the fuel of my heart and soul, my optimism for agriculture in Nature. An optimist approaches with open eyes, strength and preparation. So, entering the arena, we must believe our greatest gift is today, holding precious time for action of conviction for a better future, aware tomorrow is not guaranteed. Optimism is aspirational but isn't self-centred. It is about us, not I. Optimism drives a force of change for the best possible outcome for everyone."
