Anthony Albanese Putting Forward a Positive, Optimistic Vision for Australia.

So said Anthony Albanese, Australia's Prime Minister, yesterday at the first Cabinet meeting of 2025.
Labor and Liberal are both talking optimism in the opening days of the 2025 election campaign. Let's wait and see if the Greens, other parties and independents pitch their optimism too.
On Sunday, The Hon. Peter Dutton MP, said, "For so many Australians, aspiration has been replaced by anxiety. Optimism has turned to pessimism. And national confidence changed to dispiritedness."
