‘Now is my best moment because there is no other moment’.
That's what Lenny Ravich told me when I asked what makes him optimistic. Lenny is the author of a book I love, "Everlasting Optimism: 9 Principles for Success, Happiness and Powerful Relationships."
Lenny told me:

“When people greet me with "how are you?" My answer is "Now is my best moment because there is no other moment". If now is not perfect, whose problem is that? I choose to fall in love with the here and now. At the age of 86, I am grateful for every day, every breath I take.”
