That's what Mindset Coach Michele Gennoe told me when she heard we would be celebrating a week of the joy superpower of optimism. We had shared a wonderful conversation with Ros Ben-Moshe in the Botanical Gardens.
The year of Joy will open on 17 January and, to my delight, will open with the Superpower of Optimism.
