On New Year's Eve, Victor led a 5-minute meditation - daydreaming of our lives and the place we would like to be in 5 years' time. Then we spent ten minutes writing or journalling about a day in our lives 5 years hence. Then we shared our reflections. It was powerful and we resolved to repeat it every three months via zoom as we have members in 82 countries.
