One of the most popular habits of an optimist in our optimism workshops and the Project Optimism course is "Laugh like an Optimist."  Imagine our delight when globally-renown laughter expert Ros Ben-Moshe offered to lead us in laughter during our lockdowns and recovery from the pandemic.

Ros is the author of "Laughing at cancer - How to Heal with Love, Laughter and Mindfulness".  She teaches laughter and wellbeing at La Trobe University.  Ros has shared beautiful meditations with us.
