One of the most popular habits of an optimist in our optimism workshops and the Project Optimism course is "Laugh like an Optimist." 

Imagine our delight when globally-renown laughter expert Ros Ben-Moshe offered to lead us in laughter during our lockdown.  

Ros is the author of "Laughing at cancer - How to Heal with Love, Laughter and Mindfulness".  She teaches laughter and wellbeing at La Trobe University.  Ros has shared beautiful meditations with us.

After our first lockdown laughter led by Ros, by popular request, Ros will be back!  We have shifted it half an hour earlier for people locked-down in Australian east coast cities who want to start cooking.
