2021 International Women's Day AWN/PWN (virtual) Breakfast Event: A joint event between the Amadeus Women's Network Nice & the Professional Women's Network Nice
Let’s start the day with as much optimism as possible!
This event will be an interactive workshop focused on the theme of “What makes you optimistic?”. You will also get the opportunity to find out what makes some of our Amadeus leaders optimistic!
We will be welcoming Amanda Noz and Victor Perton from the Centre for Optimism who will be conducting the workshop, focusing on the habits of an optimist and generating open discussion around this topic.
Amanda is a member of the Advisory Board for the Centre for Optimism. She is an experienced Global Executive and lifelong optimist, with a broad set of skills acquired during 25+ years working with major Tier 1 technology companies in progressively more complex roles in Australia and around the world. She has also enjoyed greatly working as an executive start-up advisor in the USA and Europe, and organizes, speaks at, moderates and co-hosts virtual and in-person events, workshops and retreats world-wide. Amanda is also the PWN Nice VP for Partnerships.
Victor Perton is the Founder and Chief Optimism Officer of The Centre for Leadership. His work centres on "The Infectiously Optimistic Leader" and "infectious optimism". He is an author, speaker, compère, moderator & barrister. His services include supporting & advising the finest Australian & global leadership with optimistic leadership advice and strategy, advocacy, engagement support, integrity, crisis management and social media.
Please join us to make this a great event. After a short introduction from our facilitator, Gillian Attard, Amanda and Victor will present you with the habits of an optimist and seek your feedback on this interesting topic.
As “Everyone could do with a little piece of Optimism”, you can benefit from the Project Optimism here, a course provided to us by the Centre for Optimism.
This event is open to all those working in Amadeus, AWN Members, non-members, men, women, everyone, so please forward to anyone who might be interested.
