During this Australian Water Association webinar we will hear from leaders in the water industry on how they stay optimistic during uncertain times and the ways they support their teams on this journey.
This webinar will be led by Young Water Professionals Committee Members Casey Furlong, Senior Strategy Consultant (GHD) and Senior Industry Fellow (RMIT).
Other panellists are:
Victor Perton, 'Chief Optimism Officer' at the Centre for Optimism, Director & Board member at Yarra Valley Water and founder of the Australian Leadership Project.
WaterAid Australia's CEO, Rosie Wheen, who will share her personal experiences of managing challenging times especially around WaterAid's work in developing countries during times where access is limited.
Elisa Hunter, General Manager, Strategy & Performance at Southern Rural Water. Elisa will share her experience on what it is like to change leadership roles in a virtual world.
As usual, there will be ample opportunities for conversation and questions for you! Through the partnership between the Australian Water Association and The Centre for Optimism, the event is free for Centre for Optimism members. On the other hand, we would be grateful if you took the $20 donation to WaterAid option.
