Optimism and Hope for the Latrobe Valley: Tanya Rong

“What makes me optimistic and hopeful for the region is that I am fortunate to work with many passionate and committed people in the community who all work together to make Latrobe Valley a healthier and happier place to live," said Tanya Rong, Latrobe Health Assembly Chair.

A passionate and inspiring leader, Tanya is a Monash University Clinical Educator and an Intensive Care Nurse at Latrobe Regional Health.

Tanya generously shared her optimism for the Latrobe Valley as I prepared to support the C3 City Country Connect event in Traralgon on 16 August, part of the Latrobe City CouncilBusiness Festival. This year’s festival theme is "Strengthening Regional Growth Through Connections."

My role will be to provoke more optimism in our participants and friends.
