What makes you optimistic? Reflecting on his Australian tour this week, [Richard Gerver](https://www.linkedin.com/in/richard-gerver-2455913/) said, “I am so struck by the openness and [optimism](https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23optimism&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) of the people I meet here. There is a warmth and humanity that is so contageous. [ Australia](https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23australia&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) has always been a place of explorers and adventurers… it shows in the desire to move onward and to evolve.
