That's where I'd like to be! I asked [Dr Kaushik Sridhar](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/#) what makes him optimistic.

Kaushik said, "I am, and have always been, pragmatically **passionate**. Like most qualities, I think we’re born with a tendency toward **optimism** or **pessimism**. But I believe that with life experiences and training we can certainly adjust those outlooks and find an optimistic sweet spot."
