# Ingun Bol 's Optimism Through the Eyes of Authentic Feminine Leaders

"What makes me optimistic is that I see more and more women stepping into their Authentic Feminine Leadership and creating positive and lasting change; in their own life, their family, their community and in the end for our world. Awareness is growing that change comes from within and that we can all be that drop of the ocean that can create that wave of change."

"In a world where we are facing so many challenges, it is important to keep our hope alive, to stay optimistic about the outcome and be aware that each and every one of us can contribute to positive and lasting change!"

That's what Ingun Bol told me when I asked her what makes her optimistic.

Ingun Bol is the Founder & President of the Female Wave of Change.

I asked [Ingun too](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7052939075162398720/#)about the positive leaders in her life.  She told me, "For me, it is those who keep hope alive, those who show up as themselves and step into the arena without knowing the outcome, those who have the bigger picture in mind and who want to bring positive and lasting change for everyone, those who put humanity first in all their actions, those who take care of others and for our planet. It is not so much about the big names; it is all those people who are stepping into their leadership at all levels of society ❤️."
