I asked Dr Dominique Hes M.AIRAH M.AICD what makes her optimistic.
Dominque told me:
"When I see the extent of human creativity, intuition and ability to create complex, interrelated solutions.
"What also makes me optimistic is how we are starting to be critical of our past extractive practices and looking to the wisdom of first nations.
"Starting to understand the need to practice "two-eyed seeing".
"Understanding that our real power is in the ability to contribute to the system we are part of and increase its vitality, viability and ability to respond constructively to future challenges."
