"As a person who focuses on the future myself, optimistic views are the way I view most things."
So said Brad Battin when I asked what makes him optimistic.
Brad told me:
"As a person who focuses on the future myself, optimistic views are the way I view most things.
"What keeps me optimistic is the future and opportunity. We all have days that do not go to plan, and I never look to the past to make blame; I only look to learn and build on the new opportunity in front of me.
"Lessons are learnt by reviewing and being critical of yourself, working with other people on improvement and knowing that as a team, we will be able to achieve our goals."
